No experience of any martial arts is necessary. Beginners, and those with any experience in the martial arts are always welcome. Come down to a session and visit us.  You are more than welcome to train with us or just watch at any of our training sessions. If you would like to participate in one of our classes just wear loose clothes such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Aaisatsu is a very friendly club and we all look forward to seeing you soon.
